    INVENTORY AND AVAILABILITY

    All items are limited in quantity and may contain imperfections in the prints. The beauty of our process is that no two prints are identical. This is what makes Team Smiley Apparel special. Due to the hand-printed nature and effort that goes into every item in the line, our standing inventory is very small. Please understand that returns and exchanges may be a longer process than we would like due to our limited quantities and sell-outs. 

    Once items sell-out they will not be reprinted, and will no longer be available.

    DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

    For international orders please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees! 

    Team Smiley Apparel is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Team Smiley Apparel is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

    *Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.

    QUALITY AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

    To ensure the quality and integrity of the garment, we suggest washing them on machine wash cold, with an initial water temp not exceeding 30°C or 65–80°F.

    All garments and fabrics are blends, or pre-shrunk to ensure a true fit after washing. To preserve the print as well as possible it is suggested to wash the garment inside out ( with the printed side in ).

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    We realize that you make choices in the buying process and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns/exchanges can be necessary and that we will do our best to meet reasonable expectations when these situations arise. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please allow us to assist you with your order. We deal with returns on a per item basis. There are varying restocking and service fees. If you wish to make a return please contact us to discuss the matter first before sending back your items. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

    No returns or exchanges after 30 days.

    We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.

    All sales are final outside the U.S
